Authentication Required
a. You need to be registered as an Agent which the Ticketing System team can do for you
b. File a ticket to the ticketing system team under Help Topic - Set Up An Agent (use instructions for 1 above)
c. Once you are registered as an agent, you will get an email. Click on the email to accept registration but PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE ANY PASSWORD ON YOUR PROFILE
d. Once you have the login, on the right section, click on I'm an Agent - sign in
c. Sign in with your normal Sulekha email id and password
d. You will see a list of tickets that have been assigned to your and/or your team. Click on any of them to take action.
